It means that an array of data within the program is trying to be accessed where it does not exist. In general, it is not a terrible thing, but it can mean that some piece of information is not correct. The main question is whether this is coming from Sierra Chart itself or from a 3rd party study that you may have on your system. The first thing to do is to update to the latest release and see if that resolves the issue. Refer to these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update If that does not solve it, then run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode to see if it is Sierra Chart itself or a study. Safe Mode turns off the loading of any 3rd party studies, so if you still have this showing, then it is from Sierra Chart - so let us know. Refer to the following for how to start in Safe Mode: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode As noted above, if the error still shows up in Safe Mode - let us know and we will work on it from there. Otherwise, the problem is with a study that you had on your charts. You would need to work out which one and then let the developer know about this occurring so they can look into it.
