Looks like this book depth data is now available (Upcoming Data Feed Plans 2, New Exchange) but when I pull up book data for AMZN and AAPL as examples the depth shown is less than 10 per side; which seems incorrect. Are there additional steps needed to receive this data with package 12 (the one I have).
