We are not seeing anything that is showing that you are having issues connecting to Rithmic. In fact, quite the opposite - you are connecting to the Paper Trading Server without any problems. But, you need to connect to your live account in order to update the verification for the CME Group in order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Make sure you select a live server for Rithmic and connect to that server in order to get the NYMEX data from us. Once that is done, then we see that you are trying to get data for other exchanges (such as the S&P 500 Index (ES) from the CME exchange). You only have the NYMEX exchange active, so the system would try to get data for other exchanges from Rithmic. Just be aware that you will not have the same historical data as you do with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you want to add other exchanges to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you can do so from the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges And finally, we also see at least one incorrect symbol. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to ensure that all your symbols are correct for your current service setting (Rithmic).
