We would like you to continue with Sierra Chart, but we are going to be phasing out support for Transact . So at this time the first best thing to do is for you to switch to a different broker and move on to a fully superior market data and order routing system (Denali data feed and Teton order routing).

The cause of the issue does not have anything to do at this time with us phasing out support for Transact, but you are going to have absolutely superior service by moving to our Teton order routing and working with a broker that supports this:

If you would like help with this, let us know and we can then direct you to a broker who will help you. We recommend working with Stage 5 who is headed by a former Infinity broker.

You need to address this problem or I will have to find a new charting company.
We cannot directly do this as we have no control over the issue. Sierra Chart has its own fully independent market data feeds, and full order routing.

We do not need Transact and we have absolutely no control over their systems.This is why, working with us and working with brokers who support, our superior systems, is the proper way for you to get the best support for Sierra Chart.

As an incentive as a Transact user, when you move to a new broker who supports the Teton order routing service we will give you 60 days free of Sierra Chart.

And we would like you to recognize, that Sierra Chart works hard to provide our users the best service. Transact, is an external entity, which cannot provide you quality services in relation to Sierra Chart. If you want the very best market data and the very best order routing at the lowest cost and the lowest commissions, you need to move to our Denali data feed and Teton order routing.

You need to act in your interest. And in the interest of Sierra Chart and be supportive of us. Do not act in the interest of your current broker. Act within the interest of Sierra Chart and yourself.

These statements, are here to ensure, that Sierra Chart customers get the best quality service and the best prices. Whenever brokers are willing to work with us, we will always do our best to accommodate them so long as they support our Teton Order Routing Service.
