The main issue we see is the following: SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2
This means that you have more than 1 computer connected to the data feed, but you are only paying for 1 connection at a time. Therefore, the other computer is the one that is getting the connection. You need to disconnect the other computer from the data feed (or exit Sierra Chart completely), and then you will be able to connect from the computer that you want. Or, you can pay for an additional connection. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously -- Also, you are only signed up for the CME E-Mini for Professionals exchange, but you have charts for items that are not on that exchange - such as ZN. You will not get the real-time data for symbols for which you do not have the necessary exchange active. -- And finally, you need to fill out the Exchange Agreements for the CME Group and indicate that you are a Professional (since you have a Professional exchange activated). You can access the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
