The following sentence from the Introduction section of the SC Teton Futures Order Routing suggests that bracket orders which is the term for an oco order attached to an parent are sent to the server with the parent: "With some of the other supported Trading services, the bracket order management is on the client side with a much higher delay from when the parent order fills, to when the Target and Stop orders are transmitted."
