Hello,

I have created a new SierraChart account and am unable to connect to IBKR data and use the software as my account requires activation as per a message in my account control panel. Reading over the page on trial accounts + activation, I see do not see any email regarding account activation. Is there anything further I need to do or simply wait? I understand I only created my account earlier this evening.
