Hello, (I am new in sierra charts) I am currently doing and evaluation process with a prop firm (Earn2Trade) and am using rithmic market data and connected it in SC (i have package 11). However, when i try to get market depth data it gives me this message: Rithmic Direct - DTC (Data) | Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: ESH2.CME. permission denied | 2021-12-26 23:49:56.352 it doesn't even load the chart. can you help me solve this? many thanks, |
