I have used Sierra charts for 10 years. Live account with same user name and password whole time. Just got a new computer same as older one in every possible way--same McAfee total protection-,same control panel downloads--nothing different whatsoever Downloaded the link sent by Transact for Old Sierra Charts to my New Lenovo desktop. Selected install Old Sierra Charts. I then open it up and the Infinity 5.7.0.3, put in correct data and it downloaded the order dom with my specified trading , as ES. QM. etc. Next it open up the new AT chart On properties I selected out of AT charts selected Sierra Charts, shut it down and reopened. Trading dom downloaded as did the Infinity 5.7.0.3 dom with trading commodities list to open that is saved. I checked in properties it showed Old ATCharts and my chosen chart as set. And to open charts on startup. All good so far---wrong. After these open it said wrong user name or password. I spent several hours trying every possible avenue---downloaded everything from scratch many times. Tried resetting password—which works on my other older computer every day but it said wrong account name even though I logged in first, so could not reset password. I hit forgot account name to verify it had right account name, It emailed me the same account name witch previously said wrong user name or password. I emailed Trasct, no help. Under charting options it has Old Sierra Charts, level 3 with I pay $26 each month. New AT charts do not have what I need to trade They used to let a person BUNDLE Old Sierra Charts with New AT charts since on first download it opens with new AT live charts until I reset the properties to Old Sierra Charts---anything to enable it to download the charts I have spent many hours with no advance. I have downloaded this process many times over the years with various computers with never a problem before. I have done everything correct many times trying .
