Hello. I have a problem with receiving delayed data from SierraChart even after activating all of the necessary exchanges, allowing support for Sierra Chart data feeds, and disconnecting/reconnecting to Sierra. I am using Sierra Chart with denali data through EdgeClear. When I click on the Trade account balance window it doesn't show any trade accounts or any account balance. Can you guys please help me?
