Hi, I was in a combine and using the old rithmic bridge when someone told me that you know support using the Rithmic Direct DTC service if I upgrade to a newer version of SC. I updated to the latest version and changed my Data/trade service settings to the settings shown in the attached file. Now my program just says downloading historical data in some charts and other charts say Waiting to download historical data. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect data feed. I let it run for hours. I shut down and restarted the program. All without any luck. This started yesterday, I tried to let it run overnight but it still is not working. Please let me know what I should do to resolve this as quickly as possible because I cannot continue my combine now. |
