No that is not correct. iLink 2 refers to the Convenience Gateway. ILink 3 refers to the market segment gateway. Definitely no plans for iLink 3. It offers no benefits and only adds a lot of unnecessary complexity. And besides, you would not be able to use it anyway, if the clearing firm does not provide that type of iLink which they normally would not do.
