When I click Window > Windows and Chartbooks, the window that is displaying SierraChart disappears from the screen. Windows Task Manager shows SierraChart_64.exe as running with CPU 05, and Memory 828120. Clicking SierraChart_64.exe in the SierraChart folder to restart it does nothing. Clicking End Process in the Windows Task Manager, then clicking SierraChart_64.exe in the SierraChart folder will then start up SC. From this point, if the above process is repeated, it repeats with the same results. Reboot the computer and restart SierraChart and yet the same thing continues to happen. SierraChart version 2335. Have you seen this before? What can I do to resolve this? Thank You |
