That message is occurring because you are connect to CQG and you are not setup to get the CFE data from CQG. We just want to make sure that you are wanting the VIX Futures and not the VIX Index. These are two different items. If you want the VIX futures, then we recommend getting that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
