You can access the historical data for these indices right now. There is nothing special you need to do, except to open a chart for them. But, if you want real-time data for these, then that is available through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and by activating the S&P Indices exchange (for $INX) and the NASDAQ Indices exchange (for $IUXX).
