The goal at the end of this is to have a drawing tool that displays a Dynamic Gann Fan. Basically, this is a gann fan that is drawn using 3 points instead of 2. I can provide a doc that describes this calculation. I think it would be a very easy enhancement to the existing Pitchfork tool. IT could be an additional option / checkbox to draw the dynamic gann fan. It is a Gann Fan using 3 points instead of 2. I have implemented this in TS8 and MultiCharts using mouse clicks, but it would be a much better tool if it had all of the 'additional' capabilities that are already in the Pitchfork tool. Or it could be implemented as a new tool, using the pitchfork tool and just changing the formula's to calculate the fan instead of the additional pitchfork parallel lines. For you to add this capability, it would be very minimal time, as you already have logic within Gann fan to calculate fan, and it could replace pitchfork additional lines logic. Less than 30 minutes is my estimate. If this is not something you wish to implement as part of SC base, would the code to the pitchfork tool be available for me to use as a base? I am willing to sign an DNA and then provide it back to you. If you would like, I can do one of the following, A-> not distribute it to anyone B-> only distribute it using your authorization tool C-> return the code to you to be included in User Contributed Studies Hoping you open to this possibility.
