Understood, but we do not think this is entirely fair because we gave a very specific named command, word for word and bolded, that we wanted someone to follow. If you do not want to follow it, this is fine, but this is what needed to be done to get fresh data throughout the whole chart. After reviewing what you wrote: . Therefore all my historical data is now in the new formatting. The issue for me lies with the realtime data from the production server which is still in the old format. Hopefully, whatever correction is being planned this evening/tonight will not create more problems since I've already adjusted my data, all my drawings, studies, etc to be compatible with the new formatting.
We see how we misunderstood this. To us at the time we read this, the old format, was the 1.000 format and the new format was 100.00. This was relative To the situation at the time. And we really thought you understood that because you are using the production environment, that you needed to use the 100.00 format. this was just a misunderstanding on our part. Not trying to be critical, just explaining why we misunderstood this especially with a high-volume amount of work that we have to do.
