There are two different issues occurring. First, for the DOW (ES) you have activated the Full CME Group for NonProfessional Trading Accounts, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to validate that account for the CME Group requirement to qualify as a Non-Professional. It looks like you had it active in October, but it did not renew on November 1, 2021.
