The basic problem was that you were not scrolled to the end of the chart, therefore it was showing you the depth data after the last bar for the bar that is last shown on the screen. You will note in the documentation that it states for the Input Display Market Depth Quantities after Last Bar that "When this is set to Yes, the depth quantities for the last visible bar will be extended from the last bar to the right side of the chart". Refer to the documentation here: Market Depth Historical Graph: Display Market Depth Quantities After Last Bar In addition to this, you have the Lock Fill Space active, which makes it a bit harder to know if you are at the end of the chart or not.
