One of the things we see is a symbol error. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to ensure that your symbols are setup for Interactive Brokers.

The other thing we need is a copy of your Message Log so we can see what it states in there (the video is not clear enough for us to read it well, and I do not speak/read German). Post your Message Log by following these instructions:
