You did not do exactly what we said in the prior post: Go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Use this EXACT command. We have enough trouble, with all of these external service problems. Users need to follow our exact instructions. The 6E and 6A should be fine. There might be a problem with the other symbols .
