The following line from your log shows the problem: SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2
You have two computers both trying to access the data at the same time, but you are only setup to have 1 connection at a time. You need to disconnect from the data feed (or exit Sierra Chart) on the other computer first, then restart Sierra Chart on the "current" computer in order to get the data flowing again. It is possible to get the data to two different computers at the same time, but you will have to pay the fee for the exchanges you have active twice. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
