Post From: Unable to change Password and access Sierra Charts

I use Sierra Charts primarily on my desk top at home for trading. I was out of town wanting to check the markets and using my laptop which is my backup trading computer and I received pop-up notice 'Invalid Name or Password'

I attempted to change the password on the Laptop unsuccessfully and have not able to login for two days. Now I am also not able to login on the desktop.

Per the previous emails I received from Sierra Chart Support I have attempted numerous times to use the RETRIEVE LOST PASSWORD tab and the FORCE LOGIN option and still not able to access the charts.

I am more than willing to pay for remote assistance so that someone can fix this glitch.
