The image you provided from another source is not showing the 3/10 Oscillator line on top of the the 3/10 Difference bars. That line is just a bounding line on the 3/10 difference. Most likely the Tan line is the 3/10 Oscillator itself, but we can not say for sure. In the end, what we can tell you is that the calculations match to how we do our calculations.
