Hello, Prospective client here. I noticed that your volume for stocks (OMC in the example attached) is considerably less than true volume for the day. This is take after market close for both so delay time does not apply. How can I address this issue? It's important that I see all data, unfiltered to be able to utilize both TPO and Footprint style charts. What are the options. Kindly advise. If I need to set up a prepaid telephone call to resolve this issue, I would be more than glad to do so. https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=57720 Just as a follow up to the last email, on the daily candlestick chart in Sierra, it has the correct volume at 2.5mil shares, but not in TPO (1.7mil).
