Hello, I am using tradovate as broker. After setting up in sierra, I get a display symbol is unknown. I read from your website that this may be caused by non-authorization on the CQG. However when I contacted Tradovate, they said since I am using Deneli I need to contact you for help. Can you please help? To be clear, this is how my set up look like; Broker - Tradovate Data routing - CQG Platform - Sierra Data Feed - Deneli Thanks |
