Do Sierra Chart have Dommey Account that one can practice trading before paying for a package?
You can work with Sierra Chart without having a paid package, but the capabilities are limited and you can not get any additional data into the system. So you would only have whatever data you already have available to work with. Otherwise, when you are on an active Service Package, you can use Simulation mode to practice trading.
