If you do not have any problem with order entry from the chart, outside of an automated trading system , then we do not see how there is any problem with the relevant price multiplier settings in Chart Settings. So it would seem as though the issue must be with the automated trading system and the prices it is submitting. It should log its prices in the Message Log for diagnostic purposes.
