Here is the error: Rithmic Direct - DTC (Data) | Logon error received from server: permission denied The first thing to check is that you have entered your Username/Passwords correctly. I am entering my Username and Password correctly. The only reason I would have to re-enter it on the update is because the SC update removed it. Remember, everything was fine with SC version 2253. It was when I updated to version 2326 that my CORRECT username and password that were already there in SC, were removed by your update. But apart from that, you would need to ask your broker/Rithmic why you are getting a permission denied. I will ask Rithmic why I am getting a permission denied.
