First, make sure you go through (or went through) the Setup Instructions for the new Rithmic interface. You will find those instructions at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions And make sure you have entered your Username and Password for each of the data entries on the Data/Trade Service Settings window.
