You definitely do not need to do this: so it could also just be that you need to exit from all your Sierra Charts that are running and then restart them.
You only need to reconnect the instances: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Regarding post #11 just reconnect the instances of Sierra Chart which are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We had developed a solution to this issue, but apparently there was some issue with it, based upon a user report and we have not examined it closely yet. So we reverted it back.
