It doesn't look like it is really that slow in the video. But, you could set the Chart Update Interval to something lower to see if it makes a difference (and it should). Try making it 100 as a start and see if you can tell the difference. If this is a Trading DOM, then leaving the Chart Update Interval at a lower number is fine. But for a full chart with studies on it, you would have to think about the effect of having a lower chart update interval with the calculation times for the studies. Also, our servers are showing that your Service is set to SC Data - All Services. We just want to point out that this is not necessary in order to get the Denali data. You can stay connected to your Rithmic service and get the Denali data. But if you don't want to stay connected to Rithmic, then what you are doing is correct.
