We see that you did have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active with the U.S. Equities exchange. The data feed and exchanges were turned off on September 1, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account to renew them. The $35.50 per month that you were paying for that data is due on the first day of each month. As long as you have enough funds in your account, then it will automatically renew.
