According to our servers, your Sierra Chart software has the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. You are also not paying us for any real-time data, therefore you would only have real-time data for Forex, CFD, and Market Statistics. Refer to the following: Real-Time Data But, you should be getting delayed streaming data for any symbols that trade on the CME Group or EUREX. Delayed Exchange Data Feed Let us know what data you want to have and we can direct you from there. Note that if you are not trading live, then we recommend using the delayed data, as it is at no extra cost and acts like real-time data.
