Hello, I will make this as short as possible: I have time gaps in my charts. Profiles are missing Letters, so I went to support board. I've been doing this since Friday. I am at my wits end so need telephone remote assistance support. I've tried closing Firewall Updating symbols Redownload data checking password All services are active I can't even think of all else I have done.
