This exchange renewal has GOT to be made more customer friendly. This is the second time I've gotten burned on this. I get this symbol error and then I immediately think something went wrong w/ the update that I did the previous night, so I'm furiously uninstalling it. Then I read this thread and I'm making a payment without really understanding why (because I just renewed Denali for 6mos) and hitting emergency renew and THEN getting an error message that I can't emergency renew because my Denali isn't expired. RIDICULOUS! Finally, I find the right exchange activation button to click... PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Make this more customer friendly. At least give us a warning that our exchange renewal is coming due or make the problem clear on our charts what the solution is and not some random symbol error warning... |
