You have not selected the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data. You need to do this in order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions starting at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges: The CME Group (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) You were never setup to get the data from our Denali feed. You were most likely getting the real-time data from Rithmic, just not the historical data. Or, depending on your setup, you may have been getting data from our delayed data feed. In any case, it doesn't matter. You need to activate the exchange(s) you want in order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
