The correct pricing is the one that is on the Activate Services page (Package 10 is $36.00 per month when paid monthly), where you actually select the specific package you want. That will always be the correct pricing. We think you were looking at an image from before we made some pricing changes. It's hard to keep up with all the changes, so things like that may show occasionally.
