but, you are using the old interface to Rithmic, and this could be the issue. We have stopped support for that interface in the more recent versions of Sierra Chart, but you re still running 2299. But we do not know whether Rithmic might have stopped support for it. In the end, you would need to ask Rithmic why you are getting that message.
