Rithmic does provide historical data over the new connection method but there are some issues with it and to avoid those major issues, we are telling users to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. To conclude, the platform is the best that's why I'm sticking to it even though SC added complexity at using other data/execution services, that's sad from a user experience. What is sad is CME market data policy. They are the source of all of these issues not Sierra Chart. We cannot be faulted for this in the slightest.
