When you signed your CME Group Exchange Agreements, you entered the option "No" to the question "Certified as Non-Professional", which means that you stated that you are a professional. We need for you to redo your Exchange Agreements for the CME Group and be sure you enter "Yes" to the question "Certified as Non-Professional". Also, make sure you enter your broker and account information in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement as you did previously. We need for the documents to both be redone and they need to be complete.
