Last week I ordered your platform through IronBeam
This does not make any sense to us. In order to get the Sierra Chart software you need to pay for it directly to us. Therefore, you would not have paid for the Sierra Chart software through IronBeam. They may have needed to know that you were using Sierra Chart in order to setup your trading account properly, but you should not have paid them for the software. Therefore, you would need to update your account to ensure that it transfers over properly from a Trial account to a paid account.
