The list of servers is controlled by Rithmic, we just ask them for the list of servers to display. Therefore, you would need to ask MES Capital and/or Rithmic as to why the server is not showing. If you are still having an issue with the connection, then that is a Rithmic error. The implication is that either your Username or Password are incorrect. You would need to check with your broker on this and ensure you have the correct information.
