What happened is that you activated the EUREX data on September 30, 2021. The exchanges work on a calendar month basis, and whenever you activate the exchange, you pay the full amount for that exchange for the remainder of the month in which you activated it. Therefore, you only got 1 day of the exchange for the price you paid. Then, on October 1, 2021 you did not have enough funds in your account to renew the EUREX data, so the exchange was cancelled. In order to get the data now, you need to have at least $25.00 in your account (you do not have enough funds in your account as of the time of us writing this) and then you can activate the EUREX feed. Just be aware that you will pay the full $25.00 for the remainder of this month, so in order to continue the data into November, you will need to have at least $25.00 in your account before November 1, 2021 so that the exchange will automatically renew on that date.
