We just tried the process you described, but we are unable to reproduce what you see.
I can reproduce it for any symbol. it was caused by a Custom Study
It was a clean chart, opened with 'Open Intraday Chart' from Find Symbol menu. To fix the issue of the data being incorrect, select Chart >> Delete All Data and Download to get the new data.
Did you read clause 4 and the 1st line in the 1st post? The problem is not with data, but the way SC puts it on the screen after SC finishes downloading data.
