Which time is showing as +5 hours, the time of the Bar at which the alert is occurring (as shown in the "Alert Text" column) or the Date/Time of the Alert (as shown in the DateTime column)? We need to take things one step at a time. - Go to Global Settings and verify that the item for Mute All Alert Sounds is not checked. - Go to the chart for which the alerts are not working and select Trade >> General Trade Settings >> Notifications and note the alert number (or name) selected for the Play Alert for New Order item. - Then go to Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts and select that Alert Number in the upper left hand corner. - Check to ensure that an Alert Sound is set in the box just below the above. Note the name of the alert sound. - Select the button for Test Sound just to the right of the sound setting. Verify if you hear a sound or not. Let us know the results from each step.
