Hi Tom, I'm not sure what happened there but my reply was lost. I probably forgot to submit so thank you for your comments to which I agree entirely. Just to clarify:
The Sierra documentation is exhaustive and incredibly detailed and I'm completely in awe of the lead programmers. I've probably been through a dozen platforms over the last few decades starting with Signal Writer and nothing I have come across compares to Sierra. Yes, it can be incredibly complex and I'm often bewildered by the enormous number of parameters and settings. Yes, it would be great to have a premium "paid for" support line for emergency assistance but all in all support is extremely helpful, as is the forum. :-) I'm not a programmer but I can program - certainly well enough to put most of my ideas into ASCIL. If not, then there are some very helpful paid for services. I've also contributed to the costs of some of Sierra's tools in the past. My comment was simply that it would be useful to have a few more video's as a picture paints a thousand words - hence I'm sure the success of youtube.
