1. No, you do not need the IB data if you are just trading from Sierra Chart. But, if you are going to do any trades directly within the IB software, then you will need to have their data for that system. 2. There are some issues that people see. This is why we have developed our own order routing, in order to not have the kind of issues that show up with other vendors. But, everyone's experience is different.
