Look at the Task Manager when this happens for the SierraChart_64 process and see what the CPU usage percentage is. Is it zero or what is the percentage? You really have to go through a process of elimination, by removing studies and charts one by one and seeing what is the cause of the problem. Also slow down the replay speed during the back test.
