In order to get the Non-Professional CME Data, you need to connect to a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges As part of this, you need to enter the information for that account in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement that you complete as part of setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have not supplied the information we need in order to be able to qualify you as a non-professional. Keep in mind that the prop trading firms do not count as a live trading account as far as the CME Group is concerned, so you can not use that as your account information in the agreements.
